I took 8 bloodtests over 5 years to determine the best Endogenous Testosterone Boost

Apologies in advance for my format, the unscientific manner i employed to reach general conclusions about which experiments to boost my testosterone endogenously were most effective in terms of labcorp results. Im hoping to post this info for anyone who may find it useful. If people need me to post my bloods, i will, but again everything will still hinge on what i allege i was taking at the time. also, i was more or less just taking screenshots along the way with these test with my aim solely about trying to get the best physiological outcomes. i have poor memory regarding the extraordinary test results, and more or less can share general conclusions where i felt i learned something substantial from an experiment. some of these conclusions may be controversial to some people. here goes
 
1. the best stack i ever used to endogenously boost test was Anacyclus XT 2 caps x3/day with kisspeptin 180mcg/day.

when i began testing years ago, my natural testosterone was at one point had dropped from 550 to around 450. with Anacyclus xt and kisspeptin, my test was around 880. LH was at 10, with 8 being the max of the upper normal range on that test. I had recently began taking bloods only at 730am as of this test and the test before it, both of which had high scores, so that may have been a factor in my results. during this stack i also experience an increase in the amount of weight i lift for my incline dumbell press, from 85 each arm 10 reps to 100lb each arm. I cannot maintain that weight when im off the stack. it was the first time i noticed improved strength from test boosting. i have difficulty maintainin this protocal. i did a round with Gabriel Lyons and they believed my dht, which was at 92 on a scale with 75 being the height of normal, was the cause of the tremendous joint stiffness that results. my estrogen dropped to i think 20 or 15 at the time, i can check if anyone needs to know, and continued to drop with other successful protocals after that. it is noted here that i was taking a ton of forskolin at the time, which in theory may have reduced the estrogen and definitely was a contributer the the stiffness, loss of range of motion i was getting. i can go further into that complication, but it's probably a personal issue that alot of people wont relate to, although id love more insight into it as im trying to game it past my limitations
 
2. Stinging Nettle extract is a LEGIT free-testosterone booster.

at one point, i tested at the very bottom of the range at free testosterone. at 6 caps of Activate Xtreme, I was at the top of the range. I remember seeing a drop in free testosterone that was proportionate to the amount of caps i had reduced my dosage to at one point.
 
3. ingredients like ellagic acid and other herbal serms may be just as good as enclominphine, minus the research to back it up. the highest total testosterone result i found on enclo was around 750 i think, which is similar to what i noticed from herbal serms. the enclo side effects in terms of joint stiffness are horrendous for me, as with other herbal serms. the side effects for herbal serms i used dont hit me in the neck and traps the way enclo does, altough where i come up short in estrogen varies from herb to herb. i think the most i tested enclo was at around 6mg. i may have tested it at the 12mg mark, but i doubt it. sides were unbearable, benefits were none even over 12mg.

Thanks for illuminating the effect of kisspeptin abit for us with regards to testosterone. Are there any other details you can share e.g have u taken kisspeptin by itself or without the forskolin atleast.

Could you detail all the herbal serms? You can dm me the details if you like. I'd really appreciate the knowledge as I'm struggling with low normal range testosterone and despite making huge changes in diet, weight training and life it isn't moving the dial much for me. Ideally my wish is finding something to rehab my system like enclo without having to take it forever but I'd settle for the foreverness if sides aren't crazy.

So generally i notice nothing from test boosters, at least that was true until kisspeptin, albeit not alone. Alone i felt nothing except maybe on my nonworkout days my muscles wouldnt feel as hard and joints felt better. I suspect this is increased estrogen, and that would be demonstatabky changed following a workout. It looks like kisspeptin afforded me enough of a boost that adding another ingredient gets me into a place where 1) i have some more wakefulness. I work alot and my energy deficiencies are obvious; improvements are pronounced in that area 2) my strength went on on certain lifts (notably incline dumbells. Itbisnt the first time ive seen selective gains in strength in my old age. I would add that when presumably my test is that high, iboost a suble pain reaponse and frlt like everyday things like carrying a backpack was easier and had less of an impact on me. I like it, but cant achieve it with kisspeptin alone. Maybe someon startint at a higher number could
 
Hcg might make your list
I work with hcg and am very happy with it. Obviously, im scared of the fsct that it shuts doen LH and worry it wouldnt start up again if i keep usintlg it. I got a test number comperable to my all time recorded high with hcg. Im not sure if there is truth tobthe body becoming unresponsive to kisspeptin at 90days consecutive use, and view hcg as something that could fill the gap for the 24 days, which im doing right now without herbals at around 1000iu eod. I have the energy from it and will be testing if i maintain the strength, which would be interesting if that gets me there without the herbals that seem to limit my range of motion so much. Still, i wouldnt want to be hooked on hcg and feel like its effects would probably start to wane when the body adapts by reducing lh. One thing i learned from the gabrial lyons clinic is that hcg resembles lh so much, that LH tests cant disguising them

Well it doesnt sound like alot of people get sides from serms. I saw a podcast where a host was talking about horrific joint pain from enclo that he had like it was mythological and he was desperate to hear of other people it happened to. Enclo never made me stronger, even when taking an wxcessive dose, ellagic acid found in cel Anabolic effect and black lion research vecto are both legit. I think the cel has a shilajit extract which may reduce estrogen in a different way,; dont remember the method of action, maybe anti estrogen; ultimately mot for me due to that Black ginger extract (5,7-dimethoxyflavone) not considered a serm but interacts with estrogen receptor was presumably too harsh on my estrogen but noticabke made me stronger, unlike enclo. Nootropics depot is good for that. Cel basis has it also. Im really partial to high doses of hydroxytyrosine ive recommended it to others, and they noticed nothing from it. I get pronounced energy from it, a sense of pain reduction, and believed it helped strength but unfortunately always experiemented with it using other things that were novel to my system. Joint pain hits me hard under my elbow with that, to the point where i go from benching 10 reps of 255 to not being able to open a door after just a few days of use. There is a product called oleo25 i think that swanson sells cheap. There is an intense triple olive extract on amazon that really hit me hard at 3 x a day. God i wish i could use it. Maybe i can if all the forskolin id always tsken was exagerrating the side effects. Ill try it again someday to test for that. Have like 10 bottles at home

I havent taken kisspeptin without the 6x carbolin dose. I stopped carbolin last week snd feel like my legs are definitely less achey snd my general pain is reduced. Apprently, wxcess cAMP can amplify pain signalling, which seems to have happened in my case. I know kisspeptin alone probably wasnt enough because my newly acquired strength dropped while on a fadogia kisspeptin run. Test levels also dropped to 700. Strangely, estrogen had dropped to 5. I have no explanation for that. One possible issue with those findings was that my kisspptin use was at the three month mark at that time, meaning maybe i got weaker due to desensitization of that and the drop had nothing to do with swapping anacyclus for fadogia. All speculative
