Is anabolic xt and anabolic effect work
Do you have a bit of a Coles Notes version of what to expect on this stack? I'm going to run this combination for 5 months of a lean bulk once I'm finished cutting along with some other goodies including Prime XT, Alpha One, etc.It's my favorite natural anabolic stack.
You can find a lot of feedback on here about them individually and as a stack.
Worth it if you run it for a minimum of 2 months, but really 3 months is a good run. You won't notice much in the first few weeks so a one month run isn't worth it to me.Ok thank you
Great stack and you're doing it right running it that long. AXT and AE you'll notice feel good energy, motivation to train, some strength, and fullness. With Alpha One the fullness and muscle building will get significantly better. If you're wanting to build I'd start with AXT. Then add as many of the following as you want: Anabolic Effect, Alpha One, Basis, Phosphatidic Acid, Mtest, Urolithin B. They're all great and some are better for strength, others are better for muscle fullness and size.
I've used all of these products separately but never enjoyed the opportunity to run them at the same time. It's been several years since I ran Anabolic Effect so I'm a little sketchy on what effects I originally enjoyed from that product. I love Anabolic XT as I enjoy very steady mood, I tend to sleep great, and it's helped me hang onto lean mass while cutting down while gaining a little strength along the way. I believe this will be a very solid stack but given how it's a bit of a kitchen sink approach it will be essentially impossible to know what product is doing what.Great stack and you're doing it right running it that long. Basis a great product too - the latest. You can’t go wrong with anything from serious nuitrition or competitive edge labs. If something does not agree with you, you won’t know which product is causing the issue. I would use a product for at least 2-3 weeks before adding something else. Keep in mind that 90% of the changes your looking for are gonna come from appropriate diet, good sleep and low stress. For the Anabolic XT and Anabolic Effect stack, I feel like they definitely amplify the effects of each other.
My stack is going to be Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, BASIS, Alpha One, Recomp20, Pepti-Bolic, and Phosphatidic Acid XT.
- Anabolic Effect - I can tell a muscle fullness and slight muscular endurance differences in the first couple weeks, but the real results kick in about week 3 for me and get better by the week,
- Anabolic XT - I notice the improved motivation to train aspect within the first week, which is huge for me, and I start to feel better overall on it within the first week or so too, and I feel like the results get better with continued use too.
- As a stack, its the best stack I've used for lean muscle and strength gains - and for me, when I define strength, I'm not talking about just maxing out, but about total volume of weight done through a workout; I notice my lifts towards the end of my workouts are much, much better.
I may add Prime XT later on, I'm trying to pace myself on strength gains because I wasn't training consistently for a long period bc of my autoimmune condition flare ups and have just recently gotten back into it. Oh and probably ATP Elite or may do the Creatine HCI powder.
I take M-Test and Pepti-Plex year round, so I don't consider that part of a stack, just part of my daily use supplements.

That's interesting you mention the improved training motivation on Anabolic XT. I didn't realize it until recently but I believe this product has me excited to perform every workout before I start and needing to force myself to take rest days. I'm not the type to need the extra motivation to train as I legitimately enjoy lifting but despite being almost 3 months into a cut I find it to be fascinating how much extra motivation this product is giving me.That sounds like a great stack and very similar to what I'm going to be starting soon myself.

Ok thank you but like I said I'm new to these products never took them until today which was Elite atp,Pepti-Bolic and growth factor-xt even my first work out seems to have improved with motivation and endurance can't wait to see what's next you guys know more about these products im just trying to figure what is going to work for my results and not waste moneyGrowth Factor XT is a great product and a year round staple for me.
ATP Elite is great in that it covers your advanced creatine and adds extra ATP enhancers which is great for building muscle, strength, and endurance.
It depends on if you are asking in the context of what muscle building product is best for recomp and fat loss or if you are asking for what is the best fat burner.
If asking for a fat burner, I love Lean Edge.
If asking for a product that is good for recomp (building muscle and losing fat), then my suggestions would be BASIS, Alpha One, and Recomp20 as the ones I would look into.
In general, you've been asking about natural anabolics a lot and my favorite overall natural anabolic stacks are always going to include Anabolic XT and Anabolic Effect.
