International Customers:

The UPS & USPS plugin integrations are messing up for a lot of international customers, and not showing shipping options.

We have let the company that handles the website know, but its not going to be a quick fix I don't believe.

For international customers, we are glad to process orders directly.

Email me at steve @ seriousnutritionsolutions .com (take the spaces out) and include:
  • What you wish to order
  • Full shipping information
  • You can include items from the different brands and we can process as one order to save you on shipping.
On our end, we will:
  • Reply back with shipping options.
  • Be glad to process your cc here like we would retailer cards.
We do this for a lot of people anyway, and are glad to do it for anyone that wants to be able to order during the sale. It helps international customers anyway to save on shipping if ordering from the different brands.

I'm having issues with checking out while shipping to a Canadian address. The website says that there are no available shipping options. I'm guessing this is an error?

There is something going on with the plugin it appears.

We use the UPS and USPS direct plugins with the website and a lot of people are seeing that error. We have sent the error over to the web company to look at and hopefully fix.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience - anyone experiencing that is welcome to email me. I get spammed too much if post a direct link to my email, but it is steve @ serious nutrition solutions .com (just take the spaces out).

Yes, that is what we are doing for people.

We offer this for international customers anyway and are glad to do it because it allows us to combine things from the different brands for one shipping charge.
