Anyone experienced gyno from SARMs/prohormones?

Hey guys,

does anyone here have experience with gyno in general, especially from SARMs or prohormones?

I’m curious what symptoms people first noticed, whether it was reversible, and what actually helped. Did it go away after stopping the compounds and fixing hormones, or did anyone need medication/surgery eventually?

Would appreciate hearing real experiences — bloodwork, timelines, treatment, what worked and what didn’t, etc.

Thanks.

100%. Happens all the time. I have minor gyno on my left side that I'm pretty sure was caused by either MK677 from prolactin or possibly a LGD run from years ago. It's only noticeable by me and is certainly manageable without any drugs. I now run Mtest and Inhibit E all the time and it looks fine, but you can feel a small lump there. I tried using SERMS to get rid of it, but it didn't work. It gets worse if my diet is bad for an extended period of time.

But all of these compounds can certainly cause this, even with proper PCT.

Did you try anything Like Raloxifen or letrozol ?

YES 100% SARMS, pro hormones, even natural hormonal supplements can cause gyno! Itchy, sensitive, lumpy, or even soft puffy nips are a warning sign. Once the gland is there you'll be fighting it for life. Blood test to determine if estrogen or prolactin etc is the cause. Immediate AI / a run of Raloxifene is the only thing that seems to actually shrink the gland besides surgery to remove it.

Thanks you for the information 💪🏻

Ralox, exem, letro, nolva. They all make it slightly better while I take it and after a slow taper off it’s the same as before so I just quit messing with it. If I keep trying those things I fear it’d get worse.
Makes Sense did you ever consider surgery or is it something you just accepted if you don’t mind sharing and also did you start treating it right away or did you just thing it will go away with time and only started fixing it after like a year or something like that

What did you use?

Ive only seen it with Osta and it was during PCT they got it. I've seen a few ppl get crazy estrogen rebound after Osta. I've heard ppl complain about LGD causing water retention but no gyno. On paper YK could because it's a nandrolone backbone. Rad and S23 should have no chance. I have personally used LGD at 20-60mg multiple times, Rad and S23 up to 30mg and never seen a estrogen sign in sight. They do not convert to estrogen so the risk is very low, but it's always a possibility when you play with your hormones

I ran a prohormone mix containing Hexadrone,Protomax,Methyldiazirinol and also some SARMs yk 11, mk677 and also lgd.

I’ve considered it but mine isn’t really noticeable most of the time so I won’t unless it gets worse. It was months or years later I tried a few separate times with no success.
