Been putting more focus lately on mood/cognitive support instead of just the usual gym supplements. Honestly, when mood is off, everything else goes to hell too.
I’m not looking for some euphoric stimmed-out feeling either. More interested in feeling stable, motivated, less stressed, and mentally “on” throughout the day without frying my CNS or needing 500mg caffeine just to function.
Curious what you guys are actually using daily for mood support that’s made a noticeable difference long term. Not just energy or focus, but stuff that genuinely improves stress and motivation. Seems like a lot of people here have gone way deeper into this side of supplementation than the average Reddit “take ashwagandha bro” advice.
