I doubt you'll have an issue there.
The low cortisol thing gets blown way out of proportion on here.
It can happen to some people, but its rare - what's more likely is someone is paranoid about it and overthinks every little ache and pain and blames it on cortisol when its really them paying attention to every little ache and pain that was there anyway.
Funny but true story - Reduce XT sells close to as good to women as men and we've never in 18 years, not one single time ever had one female complain of low cortisol or cortisol related symptoms. Why? Because most don't even know about it or what it would even be, so they don't overthink it.
Another one - back when Reduce XT first came out, and this hits a resurgence every couple years - it was common to mega dose it for some really crazy fat loss results (and mood results). So on one hand you have the people worried about taking 2 or 3 caps and on the other you have people doing the mega dose protocol and thinking nothing of it.
Not to diminish the rare case where someone may be affected by low cortisol - but most people that are are really affected not by low cortisol, but by worrying about low cortisol
