Back to 4 caps. Loved it at 2 but wow 4 is definitely noticeably better. Very similar to 6.
I was considering a test cycle and went with Uro B on top of my trt instead. It's an incredible add on.
Still at the top of my list of ingredients for bodybuilding. If you are eating 5-6 times, training hard and getting decent rest you will love the results. My sleep hasn't been as good lately but it hasn't affected my results.

I've been using 3 caps per day for about 2 months now. It's definitely a great supplement and I like 3 over just 2 caps per day for sure. More fullness all day and in the gym. I would like to keep going higher to see where the benefit tapers, but it's cost prohibitive for me right now.

Increased gains. 2 caps helps me feel fuller and improve gains, but 4 caps increased the gains much more.

Just a quick update. I used 3 bottles of UroB at 3 caps per day. A month ago I added Anabolic Effect and Anabolic XT. I loved the stack but now the UroB is done. My muscle fullness and pop is definitely less now in just a few days. I'm confident the AE/AXT stack will keep things progressing but now I am tempted to get back on UroB or Alpha One for that extra fullness.

Not sure if I did it right but I did 2 pre and 1 later on workout days on non workout days I did 1-1-1.

I havent been on urolithin B for while and restarted 4 caps per day (2, 2x per day) last week as part of my summer prep. Gym pumps and fullness throughout the day are awesome. Still cant figure out why this is not staple.

I know. I ran it 2 per day a couple times and it was alright. 3 or 4 per day for me and things get really good. It becomes a little expensive, but then again so is stacking 3 other products for the same result. I already have my stack lined up for summer, but might need to add it back in again.

Yeah its amazing. Best price too. The only powder I could find for sale was 2g for $20, way overpriced.

Check out the research on hantavirus and Urolithin B. I've always liked this for longevity/cellular health and the new research reconfirms my feelings. I've always had this thought in the back of mind that this is something special.

There are some claims patents on it that disallow it being used in muscle building formulas or making specific claims for muscle building. That's why we deleted the write up from the site and why the new labels for it don't have really anything on them about what its used for - which is more the industry norm now days anyway.
It would be cost prohibitive to include it in advanced formulas anyway, but even if could, it would create issues.
Having it as a single ingredient also allows for versatility in dosing and allows people to adjust their dosages based around their own individual needs.

Something very significant about research on Urolithin-B and hantavirus is that it was specifically on the Andes strain, which is the strain that can be passed from human to human and is the one going on on the cruise ship now that's all over the news.

Thanks for posting this. I had to stock up. Also had to stock up on Alpha One as that looks to be OOS as well. These are staples for me.
