h/t to Cissus, good for tendons/ligaments, but in my experience it's been better used with big doses 'during rehab' as opposed to a long term 'preventative' kinda thing.

@Halfnattyman44 said, check out the Knees Over Toes Guy 'bulletproof your shoulders' stuff, also sometimes referred to as 'The Throwers 7' by some rehab people. I basically do a bunch of that stuff as my shoulder warmup.
And then with the feet... have you ever bought any of those 'braces' you put on to sleep where it holds your foot in a certain position? Might look into those. Also, a massage gun + one of those muscle scrapers, other stuff you could try at home on your own.
