Good compounds for BJJ

I don’t really want to sacrifice cardio so I’m assuming tren is out of the question. Maybe I’m wrong. Any opinions on good compounds for BJJ. I’d rather not bulk up or get any bigger than I am as it’s working against me on the mats. If anything I’m trying to retain some strength and lose some size.

Purple belt bjj/black belt judo here. I'd recommend using SNS Rev02 for cardio, and Pepti-Plex or Peptibolic for recovery. Bjj burns a TON of calories, it's more cardio-intensive than strength, and it's hard on the body, so IMO if you address cardio and recovery you'll be able to train harder, more frequently, and more aggressively, and lean out while maintaining mass. I also do plenty of KB work on my days off BJJ, which halps maintain mass and strength. You could also add SNS Endoflow for more cardio capacity.

No steroid is going to help you loose size, but if you run gear for performance, Low doses and compounds that don't give you a big pump. When I'm on a cycle geared twords muscle growth I have a hard time getting through the boxing and grappling sessions, lower back and shin pumps get crippling. Even putting some of the guys through there conditioning work il get too pumped and it's hard to keep training.

This is not a stack, just some ideas to make your own decisions

Testosterone 200-400mg
Masteron 200-600mg
EQ equal or less then your testosterone dose
Primo equal or less then your testosterone dose
50-100mg deca if you need some joint support

T-bol or anavar or a sarm like LGD or RAD 20-40mg.

200 test and 200mast is a good start

Honestly tho, if your not concerned with gaining any size or maintaining Mass on a hard cut or improving athletic performance through gear, I would just stick with some supplements. Possibly some peptides or RC's geared towards endurance and cardiovascular health.

Poison gave you some good suggestions above, id avoid ingredients that give a pump though. Mitoburn might be a good addition, it's a non stimulant fat burner that helps convert stored fat into a fuel source and increase cellular energy without any stimulant or stim effects.

Creatine, glutamine, Eaas and simple carbs intra work out will be beneficial as well.

Go to YouTube and watch vigerous Steve's deep dive on endurance supps and cycles.

so you cant do cardio on tren? i though all guys preparing for shows were doing some cardio and tren is a big contest drug

Bodybuilders don't do cardio, they walk on treadmills. Jujitsu isint high intensity cardio but it's still 10 times more cardio than a bodybuilders doing. Tren can lower your vo2 Max significantly

In theory, but not proven, and sourcing is sketchy. This guy should stick with the natty stuff I mentioned.
Agreed it's probably safer to go with sups than research chems, peps or anabolics.
Just adding to the list of things to do own research on since he also mentioned TREN. In my own research/experience, I like those compounds for endurance, strength, recomp, leaning and hardening. And found MA to be quite a reputable source. Lots of BJJ guys in town are running all sorts of peps and more. That said, I stack them with peptiplex and anabolic effect so I concur with your natural suggestions as well.

Except we have a good source and some of those things have a great track record with athletes 😉. I agree with you on the should stick with the Natty stuff for these goals tho. Not really a need for a big bag of tricks here. Also I think most people won't put enough of the cardio training in place to reap the benefits of the peps and RC and if not, the juice isn't worth the squeeze all the time

Low dose is the way to go for fighting to avoid too much muscle cramp/pump.
Test ~ 200-300mg
Mast ~ 200-300mg
EQ ~ 100mg (if you respond well)
Deca ~ 100mg (for joints)
HGH ~ 2-4iu (for recovery)

Orals can be good as a pre workout but the added pump might not be worth it. I took a 10mg Dbol before grappling today, I killed it, but it was hard to finish my subs in the last round because of the biceps and forearms pump…
