USP Labs Super Cissus owned by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals

I still see USP Labs Super Cissus sold at a bunch of places online. Initially, I thought this was just old stock people were dumping off but after seeing it again a bunch of places, I asked Google AI and this is the answer I got ( see screencap)

My question is, is it basically the same as the old Super Cissus? Same source as Jacob used to brag about he had over in India? Or did they just acquire the rights to the name and they are using any generic cissus that can easily be obtained?

Not seeing the screenshot but once USP went out of business, Hi Tech was later able to acquire the use of the company and product names, highly doubt they are using the same sources Jacob used but whatever sources they already have at their disposal.

I had no benefits from it.
Maybe I don’t respond well to cissus, I tried 3-4 different brands.

Sometimes you need to double up the dose. I've tried probably every brand of cissus and the only one that didn't do anything for me was the powder from BulkSupplements. I am currently using the powder sold by Pure Bulk and I take a teaspoon of it once or twice a day. I feel it helps but maybe it's just a placebo?
