Best Joint/Tendon Supplement? BPC or Alternatives

Just wondering what you favorite joint supplement is. I don't want to go the bpc 157 or any peptides right now. My main problems are shoulder and plantar fasciitis. I have orthotic inserts that help but looking for a supplement that can maybe help overall joint and tendon support. Thanks!

I loved BPC for recovering from a sprained ankle, but I wouldn't use it for everyday aches and pains, but that's just me.

Look into correctional exercises on Youtube to strengthen those areas first, I've had a lot of success with that. I had nagging knee issues forever and with some work with the knees over toes guy I kind of fixed it and now don't need anything. For bigger issues or immediate relief here's a few things I've used that have helped:

Joint Support XT, Cissus XT, Basis, Curcuprime

Thanks! I have done some exercises for my feet and its helped. I just wanted something more along the lines for recovery as it seems to flare up after training. If I take a couple days off it calms down but after training specific days, the shoulder, foot, etc...tend to irritate me. Bench press is out, in so far as using a bar. I've heard success stories with peptides but that's usually after some sort of injury or acute condition and I wanted something that would supplement my exercise/training and use for overall inflammation. Just help reduce the normal wear and tear.

Cissus is my first obvious pick, but horny goat weed is good for tendons and ligaments. Sns basis has a fat dose of hgw, and incidentally everyone reports great effects in that regard

Moringa olifeira also may help, and if nothing else it's cheap and good for you.

I injured my ankle in bjj recently, and it was actually pepti-plex that made it much better, it's almost healed now.

For normal everyday support I like SNS Joint Support. It seems to help my arthritis as long as I can remember to take it daily

Thanks everyone. Looking at SNS Joint support. Should I ignore glucosamine/chondroitin?

Glucosamine/chondroitin are more for cartilage and bone. Sounds like you have more tendon/ligament issues. First choice would be sns cissus, then imo pepti-plex or pepti-bolic. Add in basis, or sns joint support for extra coverage.

Good point.

Basis it has abolished all joints pain for me. High dose fish oil and Cissus up there as well.

BASIS + CurcuPrime Gel

h/t to Cissus, good for tendons/ligaments, but in my experience it's been better used with big doses 'during rehab' as opposed to a long term 'preventative' kinda thing.

And then as @Halfnattyman44 said, check out the Knees Over Toes Guy 'bulletproof your shoulders' stuff, also sometimes referred to as 'The Throwers 7' by some rehab people. I basically do a bunch of that stuff as my shoulder warmup.

And then with the feet... have you ever bought any of those 'braces' you put on to sleep where it holds your foot in a certain position? Might look into those. Also, a massage gun + one of those muscle scrapers, other stuff you could try at home on your own.

Night splint. I’m one of those rehab guys. It can help keep that tarsal tunnel open.

Nothing is gonna touch bpc157 and Tb500.
I keep hearing this but I'm concerned using this long term. Obviously I want to correct any form that could be causing issues but I am looking for something that can be taken long term and constantly injecting something for pain isn't something I am looking for.

BASIS + SNS Cissus + Eggshell Membrane (SNS Joint Support or CEL Joint Edge) is what I like.

BASIS alone I prefer over BPC/TB. It's got other health benefits and the joint support is incredible.

I like BASIS + Joint Support XT (or Joint Edge).

Joint Support XT has glucosamine hcl in it.

Agreed here. Can't beat joint support xt in my opinion.

I've had success with nasal spray delivery for these compounds and find that they tend to work fine for me when taken orally.
