Yeah, no one likes the run-away spending. I've previously rated my Trump satisfaction at 80%, primarily because I think he could do more to curb spending. But if you had half a brain, you would KNOW that congress ultimately controls spending bills. And Democrats are fu'king that system up worse than Republicans.
The federal budget was around $5 trillion before covid, and Biden/Dems bumped it up by $2 EXTRA trillion per year EVERY year from covid thru today. And its impossible to stop in the current system needing 60 votes in Senate to approve any new budget. DOGE found tons of waste, but its already written into the budget dollars and Dems won't cut a penny. So they can only play the "reconciliation" game and move money around, but can't lower the budget without 60 votes.
Trump tariffs brought in some money, and Dems sued them in court to stop it. The tariffs did bring trillions in future investment in US companies for US manufacturing and US jobs, but that will take years to see results.

Meanwhile the US is increasing production, we are helping Venezuela boost production now that they are working with us, and the U.A.E just quit OPEC to increase production.
