Will BPC -157 and TB 500 work forchronic tendonitis?

I’m a 20 yo combat sport athlete suffering from chronic tendonitis in the ball of my foot called sesamoiditis. Conservative treatment has failed and I was going to do surgery but discovered BPC -157 an TB 500.

Will this be effective long term or will the pain just come back when I’m done?

What is the dose frequency I should run? I’ve heard for BPC 250 mg twice a day 5 days on 2 days off for 8 weeks. How much TB 500 should I run?

Lastly, what should my recovery process be like, when can I expect to see improvement and start training again?

I'd start at the 250mcg twice a day for a couple weeks then raise it to 750mcg twice a day for BPC. TB 500 start at 500mcg per day and titrate up to 1000mcg over a couple of weeks. if you use a blended vial base dosage off the BPC, TB 500 might be a little high but titrate up over a couple weeks and you should be good. Run straight through for 12 weeks.
Honestly though the peptides are great at progressing the healing process but they aren't a cure. If i were in your position I'd go with the surgery and use peptides to help with recovery. Best of luck

I agree with @ironviking but I would try the BPC before the surgery on the off chance it 'cures' you. You're young. Pin as close to the injury as possible. Other things to run alongside it are topical magnesium, MSM, DMSO, CBD, and curcumin. Also a big fan of hot-cold and red light therapy.

Interesting, as 750 mcg twice a day and a total of 12 weeks does seem on the higher side of things. Do you have any suggestions on recovery time. Can I still train while on cycle?

The peptides won't inhibit your training but your injury may. I'd look more at getting the injury healed. I'm guessing by conservative therapy you were working with a physical therapist. If that failed I highly doubt peptides will do better but it is worth a shot if you want to put the time in. if you do go with the surgery they should help you heal faster and better than without. Recovery will still take time and effort and depend on how well you heal and stick to a recovery plan.

I can't speak on TB 500, however, I ran BPC 157 for nagging elbow joint pain that I've had for years due to a combination of heavy benching and Crossfit. Tried all kinds of different joint pain OTC stuff with no luck. Ended up getting BPC and was on it about 8 weeks and cleared it up 100%. This was back at the end of last summer and I still have not had any new issues flare up. I'd def recommend giving it a shot. I was honestly amazed at how well it worked.

Two things that helped for me with chronic tendinitis (de quervains & tricep) are KPV and cissus quadralangis (barlowes). KPV accelerates the inflammation relief, Cissus to help accelerate healing and prevent exercise related issues.

KPV brought down the tricep swelling in two days, full pain relief less than two weeks then back to gym week three.

DM me if you want more info on the protocol (not the source lol) that worked for me. I'm not a doctor but I'm happy to help whenever I can anecdotal of course.

Aside from peptides did you look into either PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) or Prolotherapy for increased healing.

You can use with or without peptides

I had an anterior posterior labrum tear and went from not being able to sleep on my left side to over head presses in less than 6 months.
