I am planning an 8-week cut to try to continue leaning up. I need to come up with a cardio plan and fine tune diet and supplementation. I am wondering what things would help most for assisting with the fat loss/ muscle retention during the cut, maybe even adding some energy.
A little background information. I have been on a fitness journey since 2022. Coming down from 300 to 200. My goal is to get very lean close to 10% BF. I got to about 220 without any support but after hitting that, I have tried various PHs, supplements (almost all stuff researched on here), peptides and prescriptions that has helped me get down to 194 lowest but currently sitting around 200. My goal over the course of the 8 week cut would be to reach 185 or lower and maintain as much muscle and strength as possible of course.
I have never really done fasted cardio so I am thinking about adding in some morning runs 2-3 days a week. I track my food intake with macrofactor and training with RP Hypertrophy. I lift 4 days a week and do kickboxing classes twice a week. Sit in a sauna daily for about 20-25 minutes as well. I know diet is going to be key for fat loss. My current suggested macros from MF are 2248 Calories 216 Protein 49 Fat 233 Carbs. Open to any suggestions in addition to supplements and peptides.
