Cortisalve vs AET

Currently using the AET at bedtime to help with sleep mainly. Would the cortisalve be better in the morning or at night alongside the AET?

Depends on your goals.

If you have a stressful daytime routine, applying cortisalve in the morning may be helpful.

If you want to maximize deep sleep and nighttime recovery and/or morning application makes you too drowsy during the day, use a little of both at night.

When combining the 2 watch for signs of low cortisol such as lethargy or joint aches.

Would one help more with sleep than the other? Or is one "less drowsy" if that makes sense.

I like AET-50 to help with sleep (and stress).
It doesn't make me drowsy during the day, but I currently use 2 pumps as my personal preference (everyone is different).

I think I am going to go with 2 pumps of the AE in the evening and then 2 of the 7oxo in the morning and adjust from there

IME cortisalve is a little less drowsy but I have to assume that's at least somewhat subjective.

Try it during the day on a day when being a little drowsy won't be the end of the world (weekend or day off) and see how it affects you.

I got some AET coming. I am certain my Cortisol is off the charts, so I am hoping this is gonna help reduce this adding better quality sleep.
