SNS Phosphatidic Acid XT

I thought I’d write a short review on this as I’ve used it for 6 weeks so far. Taking this with Anabolic XT, Optimize T, Prime XT and Alpha One - these 4 I run long term so I know the results I’ve achieved now with Phosphatidic Acid XT are down to it being added in.

I’ll keep this short. What I’ve experienced:

1) Body recomp - a lot more defined now, been receiving compliments

2) Strength increase, initially I didn’t expect it to give such a boost but I can safely say it’s cause a surge with this, all compounds are up between 10-20kg. Strength increase for me came in between the 3-5 week mark

3) I have quite a sensitive stomach and this did not effect it one bit, in fact I feel it’s helping with the bloating.

4) Muscle fullness, deffo feeling a long lasting day pump

Verdict:
All in all I think it’s a fantastic supplement and yet again SNS have delivered.

I’m going to run this for another 12 weeks and may even stay on it a lot longer, possibly just have it as a daily staple.

I run PA XT every year during my strength phase which lasts about 12 weeks. PA delivers on the strength, but you're right it also helps with muscle fullness all day and is a good muscle builder.
 
1.5mg is sufficient but 3mg daily is better. It just gets pricey at that dosage. I've noticed not as many companies offering Mediator anymore.

Mediator is such an expensive ingredient that a lot of companies just avoid using it in products. Great ingredient, just expensive to include in things.

And Chemi Nutra, the patent holder, they really focus on pushing their Alpha GPC and Phosphatidylserine a lot more than the do Mediator.

You mean increase your strength gains average 15kgr for example bench press only after talking P.A
For bout 5 weeks or more?
