Just got a bottle of each in the mail and I’m going to start these tonight.
I will not be changing anything about my diet or routine that would skew the results. I’ve been in a slight caloric deficit for about 6 weeks now but haven’t dialed in macros so I won’t start now. My diet is very clean already with almost zero sugar, 1 cup of black coffee in the morning, 620 calorie breakfast that consist of eggs, sausage, biscuit, and nutrabio shake in water along with a cap of reducext, inhibit e, inhibit p, and 3 caps of Mtest. Lunch is whatever leftover protein from the night before and a bowl of oatmeal. Same 6 caps as breakfast. Gym right after work. Dinner is protein and veggies and post workout meal is another bowl of oatmeal, shake, and a piece of fruit.
My $60 amazon GE scale says I’m 214 lbs at 25% body fat but my last InBody said I was 209/22% but for simplicity sake I’m using the GE scale as my baseline.
Full body workouts 3 days a week and very basic plus 20-30 minutes 3 times a week on the peloton hovering in the 130rpm zone 2ish-3.
I’ll weigh in Friday morning before water, breakfast, bathroom, etc. Don’t wanna weigh in every day but I figure every 72 hours is a good timeframe for the log.
I’ll be back!
