Mutant All In Pre workout log

Big thanks to @cheftepesh1 for the bottle of Mutant All In and some other samples to try out along the way. I received the sweet melon flavor and a handful of other samples by Mutant to try out. I will leave reviews about those samples in here as well once I get to them.

Taste: I will describe the taste of the preworkout and about how much water I mixed with it.

Time until it hits: Some preworkouts take a while to kick in, others work pretty quickly. I will try to gauge how long it takes before I actually start to feel the effects of it.

Energy during workout: I will try to do some comparisons to previous workouts to see if I am getting more reps or sets in. In the past, I have primarily used preworkout for my cardio sessions and Sunday lift days. I will be trying this out during my weekly lift sessions during my lunch break.

Lasting Energy after workout: My workouts are generally 45minutes to an hour long so I should still have some gas in the tank after lifting as well.

Recovery Improvements: This preworkout does contain Creatine Monohydrate along with some other ingredients that could improve recovery. So I will report on this if I notice any kind of improvements.

This preworkout is a huge scoop and looks to be loaded. I am familiar with all of the ingredients in this except the Eleuthero Root Extract, I see that it has some benefits in endurance and mental focus along with immune system benefits. I am going to start with a 2/3 scoop for my first workout today.

First time using will be 2/3 scoop with 16oz of water.

Taste: Flavor was good, took me about 15 minutes to finish the 16oz bottle of water with pre workout. A bit sweet but blends very good, no chaulkiness or graininess once mixed up.

Time until it hits: I finished at 11:40 and was at the gym at noon. I felt a bit of a pump and noticed a slightly higher heartbeat after my first set.

Energy during workout: Energy felt very good, I didn't notice any tingles but felt locked in and focused for the workout and was able to beat my last workout by a few extra reps and one extra set on abs.

Lasting Energy after workout: So far, I still feel some mental focus from the pre workout about 40 minutes after finishing up, I like that I didn't feel over stimmed just nice clean energy.

First impression of the preworkout is really good. I didnt have any negatives about it at all. A bit of increased heart rate, focus and definitely noticed a better pump today. I was able to match or add on to just about every exercise. I was concerned with the caffeine content being high and making me jittery, but it was a nice clean burst of energy and did not feel like it was too heavily stimmed.

Next workout, I am going with a full scoop.

Good pre. I bought a tub after being sent a samples of some of the MUTANT products. As I've gotten older I'm laying off the stims so half a scoop is perfect for me. Good value for the money for sure!!

Alright next up is Mindfk. This one went great before my kickboxing class on Wednesday. I took half the packet mixed with about 8 oz of water. The flavor was tropical punch and went down very easy. I felt locked in with laser focus for about the first 30 minutes of the workout which was pretty much bag work.

Taste: The flavor for this sample was fruit punch and I only took half the packet. It mixed really good with about 8oz of water and tasted fantastic. No issues at all drinking this one.

Time until it hits: This one seemed to hit pretty fast. Maybe 20 minutes went by before I started to feel a little burst of energy and some excitement to get in my workout. I took before I left for kickboxing and was ready to go as soon as I arrived.

Energy during workout: Same as last time, felt a bit of energy and motivation kick in quickly. Also have noticed a bit of a pump with these preworkouts too, I feel like that kicks in pretty early and helps with the mind muscle connection. The energy or focus was really strong for at least the first 30 minutes of the workout and then went away for a bit and started kicking back in before I finished.

Lasting Energy after workout: I had a bunch of running around to do after the workout today and felt like the focus aspect of this pre stayed with me.

Kickboxing session went really well, I felt like I was hitting harder and lasting longer going hard on the combos and was just overall really locked in and focused on bag work. I really enjoyed the locked in laser focus, like my mind was just set on tearing up the bag with each combo we were practicing. I also really enjoyed the pumped up look it added while I was doing bag work. I felt it a good bit in my arms and forearms.

After this one session, it is making me want to pick up a tub of this pre workout as I have never tried a nootropic one before and this one hit for me at just a half scoop.
 
Today, I went with the Madness fruit punch preworkout. I mixed it with just a small amount of water so it was pretty strong but still drinkable.

I felt like this one kicked in quick like the last one and really helped me power through leg day.

Really enjoying the Mutant Pre workouts so far. I just came off a cut but strength is still pretty much the same as the beginning of my cut and I am about 15lbs lighter.

Part of what I like about it as a that it doesn’t need a full scoop. It last longer then most.
 
I have been sticking with a half scoop of this pre workout. That seems to be all that's needed for a nice push and energy so great value on this one. I like taking it before kickboxing classes and weight lifting.
