Any Recommendations for Fat loss supplement?

Just wondering if there is anything on the market that actually works, i took a thermogenic many years ago 10+ and it worked great. I will ofc be dieting and working out, im not expecting a miracle drug but something which will aid in fat loss .

Ideally something you can swear by,

SNS Lean Edge
Evomuse DCP Ultra
Caffeine + Yohimbine HCL, or Alpha Yohimbune, or Ephedrine

That's the most effective, cosst effective and versatile stack you can run IMO.

Do you recommend all of them as a stack?

Have you also seen any results your self from this? If so what kind of results.

Another thing is i dont need a suppressant, i dont feel the urge to eat or binge. So ideally looking for something that has a thermogenic effect or similar that may help burn a few calories extra.

the DCP ULTRA seems like its impossible to buy from the UK
Thanks

Fasted AM cardio w caffeine and ephedra (yohimbine makes me feel like ****) and injectable L-Carnitine. Track meals it makes eating less fun and reveals basal metabolic rate. ECGC or green tea too.

So i work out fasted every time never bothered me. I have black coffee x 2 . But was looking at something to perhaps just give me a small edge in fat burning as im recomping.

I heard someone mention BMP, but whe i google it i dont really get anything back ?

Plus im in the UK so not sure what is avail here. the DCP Ultra seems like it can only be bought from the USA

I like to train with carbs and protein already in me and do cardio separately fasted. If muscle building, pumps, or strength isn't a priority, then fasted lifting is probably fine.

L-carnitine is worth looking at.

Not really an answer to your question but a suggestion: get a good diet tracker and lock in your diet
lots of free apps and websites to help figure out roughly how many calories you'll need. You could even google that phrase and probably find some decent ones. You can lose weight solely on diet alone but you can't lose weight relying solely on working out. Get calories locked in at a deficit and you'll lose weight, add in working out and you'll retain muscle mass maybe even gain some. Supplements might help you get across the finish line toward the end of a cut but without everything else dialed in they are just wasted money. You'll be surprised at how quickly you can lose weight with just a 500 - 750 calorie deficit per day.

Personally I use excel spreadsheets and track everything I eat by portion and macros but you don't need to go to that extent.

Diet wise im locked in, im a dietitian i weigh my ketchup and even to the extent of a single peel of lettuce, just wondered if there was anything that is the "go to " supp to help with fat loss.

Odd that you mention lettuce, it's the one thing I don't weigh.
SNS Lean Edge, Recomp 2.0, Reduce XT (my fav) would be my go to for pills but FL7 and Suppress C I have had good luck with. They are transdermals though so they won't be a good fit for everyone. Honestly I wouldn't use them til 3 months into a cut when things start slowing down and diet fatigue starts setting in but they would probably be helpful at any stage.

There are some peptides (not just GLP-1s) that are worth looking into but that's for a different sub. If you're a dietitian, then you probably just need training and time. The aforementioned sups will be a helper, but slow. What thermogenic did you like?

Good recommendations already. I use Lean Edge first, then a month later might start adding more like Cordarine, FL7, Ephedra, etc. I don't necessarily feel all of them but they all help just burn a little extra fat. Cordarine makes my body temp go up a ton. Ephedra gives me more energy and raises my body temp a little bit.

Appreciated, so you'd suggest reduce XT since its your fav, just wondering why this over the others, just had a quick look at it and it has maltodextrin which is a bit of a downer, but i wouldnt be taking it for too long .

What do you find sns lean edge and recomp 2.0 is missing?

I do see a lot of people refer to Evomuse DCP Ultra , but ofc cant buy it in the UK atm by the looks of it, "out of stock", would have to be an american order , wait 21 days and then £17 shipping, not sure if it is worth all that

Reduce XT has actually been switched over to Veg capsules and the other ingredients now are rice flour and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Those are known as flow agents, which help keep the raw material from clumping and ensure dosage uniformity in the manufacturing process.

Lean Edge & Reduce XT are a great stack. Thermo Scorch also makes for a good addition and I use that pre-morning fasted cardio.

Recomp20 and BASIS are both great for recomp if you are focusing on wanting to add muscle as well. There's a lot of feedback in the BASIS thread: https://anabolicminds.com/community...-of-natural-anabolic-intro-discussion.339460/

Lean Edge & Reduce XT

Lead Edge Nite Burn is a good one!

We carry reduce xt as well at Strong Supplement Shop.

There are plenty of good products mentioned in here. SNS has some of the best. It is really going to depend on what works best for you. If you have never used any type of product look to see what has the effects you are looking for. Then choose the one. It’s a trial to see what works best in your system.

Lean Edge great no stim fat burner. Recomp 20 and Basis. I use Lean edge almost all year except during my winter bulk. My old favorite was the ephedrine caffeine aspirin stack, but can’t take that anymore due to BP issues.
