Telehealth Peptides

I recently signed up with a telehealth company that prescribes peptides. I am waiting for my bloodwork to get reviewed by the dr. for their full list of recommendations but was curious as to what others think of what they are recommending so far. I told them my goals were to maintain or gain muscle and to lose body fat.
The specialist originally recommended tesamorelin, IGF1-LR3 and Tirz but the cost was insane. After that he said I could use
IGF1-LR3 and Hexarelin and that would work similarly but would still be better paired with the Tirz. My labs show my test levels are bit low (Just finished a PH cycle and was kind of surprised to see my levels have not recovered yet).

Do you think the recommended combo would be good for my goals? They may suggest Enclo to get test back up as well but not sure of what else they may recommend. Also, if anyone wants to pm me their experience with telehealth prescribers, I would be interested as I think this is the most expensive company currently providing this kind of service. Not sure if I can disclose the name of the company on the forum. But would be happy to share more information.

What ended up happening here? I'm really surprised someone would recommend IGF-1 LR3 for a first time user.

Went with enclomiphene, tirzepatide and the igf lr3. Ran it for about 4 months and lost 30lbs. Did a nice recomp. Still working out and running enclomiphene as it has doubled my testosterone but planning on stopping that in about 2 months. And running natty supps for a while. Transcend has been terrible to deal with though. Their Dr went with a new company or split from them and now the service seems like it will be better. Wouldn't recommend transcend though.

I will be bringing a telemedicine company to AM soon. If anyone is interested

I tried transcend. SUPER PRICEY and not much help. I switched to sourcing my own and just running my own blood labs w local doc. Transcends source / compounding pharmacy is same quality as MA research but MA has way better prices. Transcend recommends that same stack to everyone "the caddilac of peptides" tesamorelin lol $$$$. I'd drop them like I did.
