LOL, was just about to say... the Farm Bill essentially legalized everything without the old politicians even realizing it. Pluck that bud just a tad early and the D9 content will be almost non existent, but THCa levels just fine. And a magical thing happens when you heat up THCa past ~220 degrees...

Although to be quite honest, a THCa transdermal would actually be really fucking cool. It would be 'legal', and it would be one of the only uses of THCa that wasn't intended to work as a loophole haha. No one would be getting high off it, but THCa can be great for pain and inflammation.
