Honestly I’d get that checked out. I had a similar issue to what you’re describing and just blew it off. Then I all of a sudden lost most of the strength in my shoulder and had surgery to repair my labrum.

OP I played college ball and suggest you don't take anything on their banned substance list. If you get called for a test you're done for a year. So ask yourself if it is really worth it. Saying drug testing isn't an issue just shows ignorance. I would try things like X-gels, phos acid, etc...

I used to feel that way too. Turns out I have sleep apnea. If you sleep with someone you might ask them if they notice if your breathing stops while asleep.
