I train 5 days a week and the i train for 2 hours
I dont count my calories
I eat a lot of protein i think about 250 protein per day

Lost 70 kilos i was so fat and i have 15 more kilos to lose and my body stopped losing weight what are the steroids that will help me loose the weight and gain muscle and i will do cardio for 90 minutes beside the weight lifting
I am a 22 years old male i lost 70 kilos about a year ago and i have only 20 kilos left and i want to lose them and losing weight now became EXTREMELY HARD , i am thinking of taking anavar what do you think ?
