    Since erase decreases cortisol levels would it be best to take erase upon waking, after your work out and before bed? Also is erase best taken on an empty stomach or with a meal?

    i have not tried jacked but muscle spike has the same ingredients and more and i absolutely love it. Strength, pumps, energy, and vascularity are great. Energy was very smooth not jittery. For me the sweet spot is 2 scoops but there is pretty strong crash after. The crash is my only complaint.

    Just started the natabolic stack 4 days ago and so far it is going great. Was going to add in asgt but now im not quite sure due to some other posts ive read. Thinking of adding either asgt, t-911, or anabolic pump. Recommendations and any other suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance!
