Yeah that definitely makes sense, I fast as mentioned before for about 16 hours. I do the 16/8 fasting window. Carbs are on the lower end overall out of my total calories, however I always make sure to get them pre and post workout.

I recently purchased and have been using ‘Pump Dirt’ in the capsule form. Since using I have not noticed any additional carbs being able to be eaten and not stored as fat. I have used both pre-workout, as well as in between meals. So far my fat gain/storage is the same as before.
