    thanks... i started to take it maybe 1 hour or so after eating dinner. Didn't eat anything else that night. So I should take it all at once I guess. What dose do you recommend I should take? And if I don't notice anything after a period of time, how much more should I take?

    so I tried Phenibut (here name is ноофен but it is the same stuff) for the first time last night... I took 500mg at about 1/2 hr intervals... 3.5g over about 2.5 hours. And all I felt from it was a little dulling of any anxiety... about what 1/2 a drink would do. I do have a strange hangover...
