Whilst doing my rotator warm ups just the other day I overheard a guy talking to his bro about my warmup exercise. Grunting, loud obnoxious grunting. I heard it through my head phones. This guy was flat db pressing the 90s for 8, then the 100s for 6 making so much noise it was distracting my sets of military presses.
