Dbol will add a ton of water weight in the muscle and under the skin (depending on your diet and genetics) but dbol actually grows lean muscle tissue faster then almost all AAS. So it may make you massive on it you will lose most of it coming off but the amount kept is still decent.

I've done 16 week cycles with test e and came off just fine with the standard nolvadex pct. It's really a personal decision. If I were you and needed trt anyways I'd just stay on at a low dose.
I've done two 4 week tren cycles and have never got Tren cough, I have gotten the metallic flavor though. Tren makes you look amazing but feel like ****. In my experience also the PIP from tren is always worse then most other gear.
