I am 30 Years old, I am very active at my job, always on my feet. I currently work out about 3 times a week depending on the week. I used to work out 6 days a week about 4 years ago. I went from 140 soaking wet to around 190. Now I am pretty much flubber I want to go to 220lbs, doesn't really have to be pure lean muscle. I am going for bulk.
