    Eggs are fine. Personally, I eat egg whites, but thats because they better fit my macros. There are nothing wrong with egg yolks. It has already been concluded that dietary cholesterol has very minimal if any impact on blood-cholesterol concentrations. Having said that, egg yolks are still high...

    Wheat bread Wheat pasta Brown Rice Lentils Natty PB Eggs Milk Lean meats (Chicken, Tuna, Lean Beef etc.) I more or less survive off these.

    ^^^ This is it. But you'll have to play with it to get something realistic. I just came up with a generated meal plan that includes 4 cans of tuna a day.

    Because Epi>var and winni in some instances. Superdrol>pretty any other bulking oral that I can think of. And then you can buy them on amazon :P Talk about accessability. Having said that, Im not afraid to pin, and I will when I leave for college.

    Lean meats, dairy products, and lentils. Largest chunk of my calories right there.

    I have actually seen a site that will create an entire meal plan for you based on your macros. But I dont remember what its called :/.

    +1 about being able to handle training to failure. When I was doing phat on cycle, I was going up 5-10 pounds on every exercise each week.

    Some people just stop lifting for a week. Others just greatly lower intensity and volume.
  12. Prep for First PL Meet

    Dont over prep for your first meet. Dont kill yourself trying to make a weight and try not to be too competitve. A good goal going in would be to go 9/9. And you picked a great fed for a first meet. The guys at nasa are cool and supportive.
