I agree with everyone saying you need to add a thermo. Hypercuts by CTD is a solid choice and will enhance your mood, give long lasting crash free energy and suppress your appetite.

Stimul8

Stimul8 is something out of this world. Crazy strong... I took 1 scoop the first couple times and then backed it down to 1/2 and sipped it through the day. Great product!

Sounds like it is what you are eating. You shouldn't be getting bloated while taking erase.
