things you feel are not what what you think it is
each muscle fibre gets the same tension [kg/m^2] all along
chain is as weakas the weakest link
so you can do some difference between work of each head or muscle , but differing stimulation...
if it hurts keeping the bar on the chest - I suggest to start getting used to proper weightlifting style
after a while it's much easier
it is my goal to reach 200kg/440lbs
but i'm building a strenght base at the moment and it's only partial (approx 1/3) front sqat , which means a lot more...
Many of top lifters do maxes only.. during the competitions
My present training cycle needs checking 1RM every 23-25 days, but Iget 9 days off after that, and 3 workouts with lighter weights(55/75/90%) before new record attempt
IMO it's good to use both DL's in training programmes for at least couple of months
personally I've found out that despite a fact that I'm stronger in classic deaddlift, sumo squat is something I need, but it takes a lot to adjust after nearly 19 years
at the moment all I do "sumo" is "dead"...
1: what's the break between quad session and DLifts?
2: how long have you been doing same traning cycle without superdrol/break?
3: some people have one leg shorter, does it apply to You?
4: any right knee problems?
