ZMA isn't good enough. People need to get ionic magnesium because it's highly absorbable. Most magnesium isn't absorbable which is why it helps people with constipation because the unabsorbed magnesium draws water into the colon.

I drink rice protein all the time. They've also found it to be as effective as whey. Whey is over hyped. Never made me feel good. I prefer sunwarrior protein powder. Just feels healthier.
Funny how they didn't add any muscle. All that protein must have made them constipated. Protein is a bit overrated in my opinion. It's essential but they've blown the need for protein way over what is necessary for the profit potential. I'd rather eat less kcals than stuff myself with all that...
Dorian Yates is a big fan of decline. I've actually started incorporating then into my workouts with great results. Incline is good but variety is better.
There is no science behind it though. The soma types were created by a psychologist who had a theory that fat people were happier and created the soma types lol
