    have you tried cocaine and cigarettes? I hear they suppress appetite well! haha, in all seriousness I think I am a bit behind and your shoot most likely took place, but there are various fruits that suppress, also celery will fill your stomach while not adding calories.

    Ok so I am sure this is probably a no brainer, but does beer/alcohol affect muscle gains and if so how? I am sure it will lead to a beer belly or some such, but outside of that.... I work out I have my protein shake then I crack open the beers, repeatedly haha.

    I have started drinking a lot more water, primarily my liquids consisted of monster lo carbs (lol) and milk. Being broke lately has me drinking lots of water. Also I took yesterday off due to low blood sugar earlier in the day. I haven't had any twitching for the past 2 days so lets see how...

    hell I eat around 3200 cal a day and can't gain weight, I even have the advantage of insulin. IMO I would say you should do some light cardio on your off days

    well I am a diabetic, so the potassium thing may be valid. When I went to the hospital they had me taking potassium pills often. I make sure to have a banana a day, lol like it's going to rectify everything. Maybe a MV would help. My routine... I don't really change it. Curlbar, dumbell curl...

    well I thought I was being good carb wise (I am a diabetic), but I am around 250-350g's of carbs daily... guess I am not doin so good.

    Well I train almost everyday so maybe over doing it... but when I take time off I feel like it's time wasted. The twitching isn't occurring today so no biggie. I definately could stand to drink more water, while I am at the gym I hit the fountain very often. I don't wake up sore, and I miss it...
