    So this thread has died... I squated today because some Russian guy named Boris didn't care that Monday of week 2 of his training landed on Independence day.

    Consult your doctor numbness isn't a good sign, but I have found moving my hands out to the collars helps relieve tightness in my pec and bicep which would go numb if I did multiple sets. Then I do mobility work until I am able to move my hand back in comfortably.

    Neither have I that's why I started doing them regularly. If you don't do the things that you're not good at you'll never get better.

    I squat because I heard somewhere that quad sweeps are the new biceps. Realistically though I squat because I want to out total anyone I meet, and the only way to do that is continually get stronger and bigger. Right now I am 18 weeks out from a meet so I have been on GVT for 6 weeks, 2 more...
