I'm about to turn 30, I am married and have 3 kids, my family is my heart... in a way it is cause of them that I am here, I just wrapped up a 7 month deployment, and in that time I quit smoking mostly for my wife and kids but for me as well. I started working out again, wasn’t get much progress, to hard to keep myself motivated to the point that I would have gotten any real progress. so I started to educate myself, I talked to a senior chief on here who is a body builder and asked him what I needed to do to hit my then goal of 190lbs, he told me to eat, eat, eat, and eat some more and work out hard, so I did, I pounded pasta, protein and vegetables, I cut out all my junk food, deserts and garbage, then i found a team.. Team Warrior. two guys who I had seen several times in the gym and one of them is, well I would have to say very well built, so i asked if i could jump on board with them.. The benefit of working with these guys I have to say is the largest contributor to my prog
