I typically take 50g of Karbolyn as part of my Pre/Intra/Post drink along with creatine, EAA's (1/3 before, 1/3 during, 1/3 after)
What's my better timing option:
A) Karbolyn drink 30mins prior and ARA after first set.
B) ARA 30/45mins prior...
