    Draw 1cc of bac water inject it into the side of the bottle not directly into the powder for every 10 tics us u have 1iu and dosage wise 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off I would recommend and if this is your first go at it start small like 2iu a day even if u do 4 a day I would run it 5 on 2 off or 6...
