sodium and ab workouts dont have any effect on stomach fat.. my sodium is actually the highest when i'm cutting.. reason being it's better to use hot sauce and spices (zero cal) than to use marinades and sugary sauces
your stomach fat wont go away till you are burning more calories than u are...
what are you gaining per week? you dont want more than 1 pound a week.. others will argue u can go for 2.. but what's the point of putting on 8 lbs a month if your body can only build about 2lbs of muscle at MAX
yeah i'm thinking this.. read a lot about ppl not being able to eat and report little gains because of how it is processed in the liver.. fml..
i guess my first run wouldn't be test e and dbol lol.. now i just gotta find that test e
fml.. seems like the story for everyone haha.. seems if ppl eat nothing but twigs and berries they at least lose bf but stay at the same weight... my stuff had to be bad.. both of them.. i had to have been just terribly unlucky. i know how to eat.. i've started at 130lbs and i've seen the other...
2 handfuls of cashews a day will get you about 30 more grams of fat and about 300 more cals.. and they are delicious.. but i wouldn't stop there.. i'd also add in a couple tsp of flax oil.. that'll give you about the same as far as caloric boost.. you need more fat.. u need more food
as stated...
most ppl who drink milk drink what.. 16 ounces?... that's 24 grams of sugar.. as stri8ted was saying..
it's not the fat that makes milk bad.. hell if you are having it once a day there is barely any difference in 1% and whole milk.. it's that damn sugar
for the same reasons it would be good to use a PH i think it's good to not use a ph..
if your body is already primed to grow then do it the natural way, it'll be easy for gains to come when you've been in a caloric deficit (though honestly 8 weeks isn't long.. it's relatively short for a cut)...
i would advise not to do 1 hr of high intensity cardio three times a week (which is my understanding of what it is).. why dont you do 30 min of low intensity 3 times a week and monitor your diet a little more if you want to lose some inches..
be prepared.. if you feel you "only need to lose...
i've always hated oatmeal,,, then i threw in some zero cal splenda and cinnamon (a lot of splenda haha) and i could literally eat tubs of it..
but as far as which one any of the three will be fine, whatever is affordable and more enjoyable. my prep coach said grits was fine on a prep diet, so...
cut that 8 in half and it sounds like my mdrol and hdrol experiences... everyone was telling me.. "well you should at least be getting leaner".. no i wasn't.. then i heard.. "even if you dont eat you'll put on weight".. lol.. yet again.. no i didn't
