I think what he meant for right reps is the habitual stuff like >5 is more geared strength ... 8-12 is more of a muscle builder <12 is more geared endurance ... That doesn't mean that some don't aid the others ... U need strength to build muscle and u need endurance to gain strength
Ok so I don't want to get into TOO much detail ... But I was cruising on TestE for a while and due to "I don't ****ing know what happen" my body will reject anything injected so after a ver un-tasteful experience I decided to not EVER inject anything in my body lol

Is fairly new and u do have to pay wich makes it more inconvenient to a lot of us :.. But out of curiosity I bought it and tried it ... Felt awesome ... If ur looking to CUT I recomend it ... But if looking to gain strenght and size, prob not the best ... Ull get...
I don't know bro ... Arms heal a lot faster than other body parts ... I've gotten the most growth in arms with having an arm day and completely killing it ...
Muscle-Mind connection is key IMO ,.. If ur just doing ur workout and not making rep counts, and week after week ur jot lifting heavier...
