On the morning of September 1st, 2013 I jumped on my scale and saw 303lbs staring back at me. That day I resolved to start making changes. I quit drinking soda completely, and drastically cut back on my fast food eating habits. Those changes alone helped me drop 30lbs, but then I plateaued. So I started working out at my local gym. Since that day I have dropped a total of 75lbs of fat, and have gained 25lbs in muscle all completely natural. I have hit another plateau and am looking for some good supplements to help me achieve my goals. Happy to be here on these forums and hope to learn a lot.
