  1. Wrist wraps

Thanks guys. Yea, after several wrist/finger in juries the wraps help me quite a bit and make exercising overall much more enjoyable. I guess i'm in the ass joint category for now.
  2. ZMA

Good info. The stuff I got from nutraplanet (NOW product) seems to work pretty well for me.
  3. Jason Ellis - Sirius/XM 44

Anyone here listen to Jason Ellis on Faction radio? started listening last year...guy freakin cracks me up. Its a great talk show, much better than Howard Stern I think. Jason used to skateboard and now does some motoracing and is a MMA enthusiast. He has alot of pretty funny guests like Steve-O...
  4. post workout meal HELP

I dunno man, tough to beat whey protein post w/o, given the availability and convenience. Maybe bring a cooler to the gym and leave it in a locker or something with some tuna/chicken/ham/egg salad made in it with some ww bread. Used to do this when I would train on my lunch breaks and eat...
  5. ZMA

Yea, I would check the content of zinc in your multi vitamin and if you are drinking any protein shakes check that too. Many people take it and are already getting enough of it. I think after a few weeks of taking it every night it becomes a placebo type thing for people. I like to drop a Gaba...
  6. Wrist wraps

Right on, glad to see i'm not the only one that uses them on heavy presses.
  7. BioRhythm products

Should also add that the recovery after using Afterglow is amazing. Really like that it has Cissus in it too. Really started to appreciate it after heavy leg work days. It seriously helped soreness quite a bit.
  8. BioRhythm products

Anyone else use BioRhythm products? Back in the spring when I deployed a guy I met in the gym led me on to them, specifically, Afterglow and Whole gains. The profiles are very high quality, but also very pricey. Had a little more extra cash while I was deployed so I could easily fit it into my...
  9. Late night eating..

I really like peanut butter late at night. I usually take a casein shake before bed but I've fouund if I eat a couple tablespoons of peanut butter with it, I feel much more satisfied, likely due to the fats in it.
  10. Scivation Xtend or Modern BCAA

Xtend. I've also used Purple Wraath and Dymatize Recoup. I just keep going back to Xtend for some reason.
  11. Cardio Time?

Definately seperate. I think the best time to do cardio for fat loss is right when you wake up. I usually slam some xtend and then go do sprint intervals.
  12. Your grocery list for $70-$80

    Man, can't beleive I forgot...peanut butter!
  13. Wrist wraps

So I used to play football in highschool and played a few years on a Division 2 college team. Was mainly a defensive back (safety) and also play alot of special teams. Broke both thumbs and injured my wrists quite a few times. Still have joint and ligament pain in them (base of thumb down to the...
  14. Your grocery list for $70-$80

I've really come on to whole wheat pasta in the last year or two. I feel that it is relatively cheap and very easy to mix with different meats to make a meal. Its high in carbs, but good in omegas, fiber, and of course whole grains. You'd be surprised at the protein in it too. I make half a box...
  15. Thanks AM!

Second post. I've been reading this board for quite a while basically just whoring information but finally grabbed my nuts and registered. Just wanted to say thanks to all the great members out there. This is the best website for bodybuilding enthusiasts by far. I've seen nothing but very...
