Squat 265lbs 6 sets of 3 reps then 225lbs 4 sets of 15 reps
Hack squat 265lbs 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Leg extension 75lbs 3 sets of 15-12
Leg press 7 plates 2 sets 12-15
