i started taking Glycine before bed for its supposed benefits for better sleep, i noticed my doms weren't as bad as normal. according to Invalid Link Removed Glycine is an anti inflammatory.
im wondering will Glycine reduce the effectiveness of ArA? IIRC anti inflammatories will reduce ArA's...
hello. what effects can i expect from taking PA? (i will be using King Cutler as i don't want to use the fearns soy stuff)
is it mainly just strength increases or is it like ArA where it helps with muscle gains as well?
i read in another thread someone said training only 3x a week is too little to get much out of ara if taking only preworkout. is this true? (i train every other day)

true, though i didnt say never just hard to, but i probably will gain some fat. hence if the gda will minimize the fat gains, however little it may be, i see it as worth it to take. just my thought process

if stopped taking for 2 weeks, do you have an estimate as to how many days i would have be on it again to get back to my previous ara levels before i stopped taking it?
say i am 25 days in the cycle. and then i have to stop working out/taking it for 2 weeks. how much of an impact will that make? it takes time for ara to build up in the system, if i stop for 2 weeks how much will that set me back?
so people suggest to take it on an empty stomach before workout, but most of us have our pre workout meal like 1-2 hrs before working out. theres no such thing as being an empty stomach if u eat a preworkout meal
ok. and is ara supposed to make you feel more lactic acid/sore during workout? not sure if it's just me but my first time using ara and my legs were more torched than usual
