    i am bulking and eating a lot but just trying to minimize fat gains true, though i didnt say never just hard to, but i probably will gain some fat. hence if the gda will minimize the fat gains, however little it may be, i see it as worth it to take. just my thought process

    so people suggest to take it on an empty stomach before workout, but most of us have our pre workout meal like 1-2 hrs before working out. theres no such thing as being an empty stomach if u eat a preworkout meal
