    You guys have never seen that exercise yet? Its a foundation movement of crossfit. I believe they call it the "acl destroyer". It works 60% of the time... everytime...

    My ten month old now waits very anxiously for my wife to finish folding the clothes... As soon as she is done, my daughter crawls over, lifts herself up, and throws each piece of clothing one by one on the floor... Its very entertaining...

    I go to a anytime fitness. The new owner is catering more towards body builders instead of cardio freaks... Its getting real nice in there... 35.00 a month. Not bad in my opinon...
