Hey MM33, i'm looking for the same results you had with few changes in strength and 100% focus on LBM for this cycle. I generally train going as heavy as possible with rep ranges of 4-10. Should I ramp up the intensity for this cycle and use moderate weight with more reps? What do you recommend...
Thanks for the advice Mountainman33! Quick question, how do you take these orals? The directions say to hold in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing, but i've read else where that it takes much longer and some say to hold under the tongue. Thoughts and or recommendations?
I have two bottle of AMS 1-andro RDE and was wondering how to handle my dosage.
Would the first 3 weeks at 3 tabs a day and last 2 weeks at 4 tabs a day be most effective?
Or should i run 3 tabs for 6 weeks ?

Bodyfat%= 6-7%
I recently read information about Decavol being ineffective so I was thinking about running 1-Andro RDE solo at a higher dose for 4 weeks. How many tabs do you think I should take per day and would I still need a SERM at only 4 weeks?
Thinking about running this as my first cycle for 4 weeks. Just wondering if 1 bottle of each from AMS would be enough(these are the RDE ones) ? Is the Arom x-liquid good enough for PCT?
I do not think I need a high dosage because i'm 5'10 and 163 lbs, 6-7% body fat. Any info would be great!
