Stopped my cycle two days ago which was 17 days. no strength increase and minimal weight gain, I realized the 7lbs I though I gained i weighed myself at night when I weighed in the morning I was only up 5lbs. On a bright note I tried the ****ting stool and it works poops felt smooth
I think my training has been pretty good I lift 3-4 days a week mon tues on, wed off, thurs fri on sat sun off. If I'm not feeling good I'll take an extra day or two off which I I only did once so far because I went really hard in week two. I've been lifting for over five years so I can tell...
I'm up 7lbs, I might be recovering a little better my endurance feels good but it's nothing I can definitely say... "there's no way this is in my head I'm on something"
