    just as a rule of thumb i always run it. not worth the risk of gyno. that shyt is not fun. do a 20/20/10/10, 4 week split with the nolva. usually works for me when running a solo PH

    This may be bro science, but for the past year or so i would have a banana or plantain after my workout with my protein shake. It seems to work for me due to the carbs in the fruit, but is this fact or placebo? Is there something else i should eat post workout with my shake that could be more...

    Once i took out extremely heavy presses of my routine, and replaced them with high-rep lateral and rear delt raises, all my shoulder pain subsided. Perhaps using less weight on your press for more reps or sets will improve your shoulder situation.

    There's a few guys in my gym that use a belt for literally every lift, and they don't take it off through out their entire session. My question is, What are the benefits to this, if any? Has anyone had any success (or failure) with this? Any help is much appreciated.

    5/5 My new go-to for purposes of decreasing estrogen. Leaves you dry, more full, and (in my case) more focused in the gym. Only downside is slight joint pain, but this is expected. a handful of fish oil will easily negate joint pain

    4/5 Received two bottles from a co-worker, taken back to back. More mental focus and drive in the gym, Less lethargic around the house, and found myself drinking copious amounts of water. Overall, excellent product, great company. Worth the money.
