    I didn't check. I can't use the gym until I turn 18 anyways which is in like another month and a half. Just wanted to get peoples input on am. And yea thats what I thought I'd do just didn't know if there were any specific routines for db.

    The company I started working for has a free gym I can go to but the don't have any free bb, only smith, db, and machines. Does anyone know of any good db workout/split I could do to continue to get stronger, bigger, and lean out when needed.

    I don't know about the physical but he is 51 and his job is pretty sedentary, I'll get him started with bw then progress to bar and high rep work and go from there

    I moved ohp further up in the workout to give more focus and also replaced power cleans with dl on the 2nd lower body day. I cant move it to saturday because I work 10-8 but my job is pretty easy so won't matter much

    I came up with the lifts with a friend but got the sets and rep scheme from the football program at my school. Last year I wrestled 145but dont know what weight class this year, right now I sit between 157-165
