This being your first run I would not stack. I would do msten solo 16-20 mgs for 4 weeks. Save the lmg to stack later. Msten is no joke and a lot of people will tell you not to run it until you got some cycles under your belt. I would not run it all without Tudca.
Pmag or mechabol is another option. Can be dosed like hdrol. Pmag gave me decent strength and anaerobic endurance. Serm for all the above nolva 20 20 10 10.

I agree with with the above posts. I would personally add a joint supp containing hyaluronic acid on cycle, it's good stuff, and some creatine mono in pct.
